In addition, it owns and operates four hotels, which include the Holiday Inn Hangzhou Xiaoshan, the Qiandao Lake Bright Resort Hotel, the Ningbo Bright Hotel, and the Huaibei Bright Hotel. The company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Hangzhou, the People's Republic of China. China New City Commercial Development Limited is a subsidiary of Ideal World Investments Limited.
