It operates through nine full service branch offices located in Kenly, Goldsboro, Wilson, Garner, Selma, Clayton, Wendell, Four Oaks, and Smithfield, North Carolina. The company was incorporated in 1924 and is headquartered in Smithfield, North Carolina.
